Cozy Oakland Apt with 1 to 3bds central location to the Bay

Excellent value in the Bay!

This is probably one of the best values you can get in the bay area! My friend and I stayed for three months. The place always felt safe, the neighbors were nice and street parking was generally pretty easy/within one block. I will say the neighborhood is kind of mixed. Going uphill, there were nice areas to walk or run and it felt very safe. Wandering in other directions generally felt good but had pockets that maybe were best avoided. It is near bus lines, but having a car made life much easier. We often drove to the Lake Merritt area or Anthony Chabot Park, both of which are close by. The kitchen and living room are set up in a way that it makes day sleeping easy for us night shifters. Would recommend!
