This is HOME away from home

I stayed at Marys place for three months, and from the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with open arms. Mary didnt treat me like just a tenant or roommateshe treated me like family. Every area of the house was accessible and comfortable, and she went out of her way to make sure I felt at home. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores nearby and easy access to DC and Tysons Corner (just 1015 minutes away). As a woman traveling alone, safety is always a concernbut I never once felt unsafe, even with a male roommate in the house. The environment was always respectful and peaceful. Leaving was so bittersweet, only because of a new work assignment. But I will definitely be reaching out to Mary again in the future. If you're considering booking with herdont hesitate. You wont just find a place to stay, youll find a second home.

Residential Paradise

Lived here from August till the end of November and have only the best things to say about the host, her home and the neighborhood. She takes care of it. She respects it and she expects the same of you. Its a great relationship if you were looking for a clean cared for and comfortable medium to long-term stay. I cant recommend this location enough. It is 10 minutes from Vienna. It is 10 minutes from Arlington and is close to the metro. It has amazing restaurants nearby and perhaps most importantly its a super safe neighborhood. Mary is very responsive and a fun person who will help you out and respect your privacy. What more could you ask for?!

I stayed here for two years and 1000 characters is not enough to tell you how great this place was. You will not find a better host than Mary. She was amazing and made me feel like family. The house is comfortable and has a nice patio area in the back. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. There is a metro station relatively close by but it would be best if you have a car to stay here. I traveled quite a bit while staying here so the location was ideally located 30 minutes from both IAD or DCA. Downtown Mclean and Tysons Corner are very close by and have virtually anything you could want to have nearby.

The welcoming, calm and coziest stay of my career!!

I did enjoy my stay at this welcoming and cozy place. the place provided the calm/quiet environment that I needed every day following my shift. The property owner made me feel welcome and contended all my stay and i will be going back there whenever I am in contract in DC again. I will really recommend this place to anyone in need!!!

Beautiful Home and Host

Had a great 6 week stay at M's place while I completed my med school psychiatry rotation at Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute. M, the property owner and host, is a really kind and fun lady, and gave me freedom with the whole house, bbq, and beautiful backyard. Mary was frequently away and I often had the whole house to myself. Street parking available and abundant, and laundry in the house. I had covid during my stay and M brought me gingerale and made me smoothies. Would recommend this property to anyone in the area!

Phenomenal Experience

This place was absolutely wonderful to stay at! Mary was so accommodating and sweet about everything from making sure I had everything I needed to allowing me to bring visitors over and utilize space in any way that I wanted. Her place is very clean and so homey/cozy and was located in a very safe neighborhood as well as in a very convenient area next to grocery stores/gas stations/etc..Big bonus was the fireplace/gameroom downstairs which was so nice for a small gathering. Kitchen was fully stocked and you get your own fridge and pantry area for your things. Place is quiet during the week so I was able to study for my boards here easily and Mary accommodated whenever necessary. This place was PERFECT! I would easily recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent , comfortable Stay!

This is an excellent location if you are working in Falls Church, Virginia! It is near Restaurants, shopping, and parks! The location itself is VERY safe. Just google McClean, VA and you will find it is a desirable location and I was always happy to come " home" after completely my job. The home is clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies. No need to bring your coffee pot! Just bring some Keurig cups! The home itself is tastefully decorated and clean. I stayed in the guest bedroom and walked a few spaces down to a bathroom which was clean and stocked with towels! M was the perfect hostess and even supplied me with fresh flowers for my room! I happened to have been there during the Holidays and M was gracious enough to invite me to her Holiday dinners which were excellent! She is an organized, awesome cook and can probably open her own restaurant if she wanted too. I highly recommend staying at her property and can not give enough kudos!
