Our family was displaced from our home for 8.5 months and we found a sanctuary in this lovely unit in Spenard. Incredible natural light, comfortable furnishings, and delightful and responsive landlords. Enjoy a large backyard with a fire pit, blooming trees in spring and summer, and an easy walk to The Writer's Block, a quick bike ride to the coastal trail, and easy access to main throughways. Highly recommended by locals!

Turnkey place with stylish furnishings

My husband and cat stayed here for 4 months when we just moved to Anchorage and were looking for something on the long term. This is a turnkey place and has all the amenities. It is also designed very cute. I was able to have a home office put in. The management is incredibly responsive. It was just what we needed.

Lovely and centrally located apartment

This apartment is the perfect anchorage spot. Its lovely and relaxing with a nice big, fenced yard. Located right in the heart of the Spenard neighborhood near all sorts restaurants and activities (Kami ramen is our local fave). C is friendly and helpful. My family and I highly recommend.

Great location, cozy apartment!

Super great location, close to most everything. The apartment was super cozy and very well-furnished. The landlords were extremely friendly and responsive. This is a perfect place for short-term housing for traveling healthcare professionals or others needing housing accommodations in the Anchorage area.
