Convenient
Johanne is a friendly and hospitable host! The home is located in a very convenient neighborhood; multiple MTA options especially by bus and various shopping choices. I am thankful that she gave me the space I urgently needed.

Wonderful stay
Owner was very welcoming and friendly. She helped me with any questions or concerns I had. The house itself was always kept tidy and organized. The other guests in the house were also very respectful. In addition, it's also in close proximity to a lot of great food spots and grocery stores. 10/10 would recommend!

I definitely recommend this place
I stayed in this room for a month and had a great experience. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The host was friendly and responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing stay
I had the best time in the US thanks to J! It was my first time visiting the country, but J made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and stocked with toiletries when I arrived, which was so thoughtful. She was always available to help with anything I needed, and I had a really comfortable stay.

Great place
My first time in the US, and Im so glad I chose Johannes place. She was very welcoming, and made the place comfortable. The house was clean and quiet. The house is accessible to the bus station and subway. Id definitely recommend Pitkin house to anyone.

Amazing stay at Pitkin place
J is an amazing, friendly and very accommodating host. The room was clean and supplied with toiletries when I got there. J will help you out with anything that you need. I had a very comfortable stay. There were deli, grocery and 3,4 trains in the vicinity. I did not have any trouble staying here. I will definitely recommend this place!

Amazing stay at Pitkin Place
I had a wonderful one month stay at Pitkin Place. My host J really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! I received a very thoughtful welcome package of small toiletries and necessities upon my arrival. The house provided a quiet and peaceful environment to come home to after a day at the hospital and was always kept very clean. Any small thing she could do to make me feel comfortable, she did it and was always easy to get in contact with. Thank you for helping to make my first stay in NYC amazing! I highly recommend Pitkin Place to travelling professionals.
