Great place!

We loved staying in this place. It's very comfortable. There is a huge walk in closet with dresser separate from bedroom. It's on the quieter part of town and I felt very safe walking my dogs around the block, even at night. I absolutely loved the big windows that made the place bright and sunny- and room darkening curtains when I didn't. Washer and dryer are located right outside the entrance and shared with the tenant downstairs- never a problem. Landlords were always friendly, responsive and handled issues quickly.

My first assignment as a travel nurse and I hit the lottery with this place. It was only an 8 minute drive to the hospital I was assigned which was perfect. The place is beautiful, bright, and within walking distance of the river trail and downtown Redding. As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe and loved every second I spent at this property. Landlords were awesome and tenants living adjacent (the house was made into three separate apartments) were always respectful and kind. I would definitely stay here again if I ever pick up another assignment in Redding. 10/10 recommend.

Redding Apartment

I'm a traveling nurse but my partner and I needed a place to stay as we were traveling to the next contract. We liked the apartment- had everything we needed. It's located in a nice area of town, we felt safe parking on the street. Very clean and modern apartment. It is located within a house with other apartments, you have your own keypad/lock to get in. The washer and dryer are located just outside your door and are shared with other apartments. All in all we would stay here if we were to ever get an assignment in Redding!
