Beware

I sent the owner a deposit, ended up not using the location and now I am in the process of trying to get my money back. T agreed to refund the money but now will not answer the phone. I have had to escalate the situation with PayPal in attempt to resolve the situation.

THIS PERSON SEND A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE THE CONDO WHICH WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. THE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT LISTED WAS A CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDED WHEN THE RENTER MOVES OUT AND CONDO IS INSPECTED. SHE BACKED OUT OF THE COMMITMENT A COUPLE DAYS LATER SO WE CHOSE TO REFUND HER DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REFUNDED BACK TO THIS "K" BY MAIL. THINK WE DODGED A BULLET NOT RENTING TO THIS ONE.
