Perfect temporary Home

We were very fortunate to find this gem of a home! What caught our eye when looking for a 3 month rental in Hermitage while our forever home was completed was the newly renovated kitchen space in the opening photo. From the moment we pulled into the private carport in the back of the home and entered we knew that we had gotten very lucky! The house is simply decorated but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and linens. The owners were incredibly patient and understanding with our moving situation as we were selling a home and moving from out of state. They were quick to communicate and answer any questions that we had. The house is very convenient to stores restaurant's or anything else you may need, If you are looking for a rental we highly recommend this property!

excellent rental

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was reasonably close to my assignment (Vanderbilt), and was quiet, comfortable and clean! Lots of restaurants and stores within close range. And the landlords were very pleasant and accommodating. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. My stay there was worry-free and stress-free. Has a large carport behind the house that easily housed my car and motorcycle.

Wonderful Stay

Owners were the kindest hosts. They thought of anything and everything to make my stay feel more like home. They were even kind enough to leave little notes with how to use appliances properly and left a handbook with instructions for anything you could have questions about. They were always quick to respond and were willing to do anything to make the house more comfortable for their guests. Property is newly renovated and perfectly clean. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to many hospitals and a lot of close food options. Would recommend this location for anyone looking for a cozy place to call home for a little while.

This is a wonderfully clean and well-equipped home away from home. The owners of this property are very nice and easy to work with and the home is great. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with great walking trails just around the corner. Convenient to the freeway and shopping access add even more to this amazing property.
