Very nice place

Studio is a nice setup. I have all the comforts of home, all in my private unit. The property manager Joe was very responsive to meeting with me and showing me around. He stated built in 1890, with it being so old it was in good shape. I had my own parking which was nice and hard to find downtown. I am staying in unit 7 on the 3rd floor and the view from the windows is nice, jetted tub also helps with the long hours I work easing my aching body. I would highly recommend staying here. Great for commute to hospital. I'm here for the next 3 months so will update as i go. so far so good.

Be Cautious: Misleading Photos and Unsafe Conditions

I want to be clear, I'm not trying to discredit the owner, but I do think others should be aware of the condition and the neighborhood before renting. My stay was very short!! The photos online were misleading. Upon arrival there was poop on the toilet, the unit was dirty, run-down, black tub and even roaches in the fridge. (I have proof) I also heard gunshots in the neighborhood, and many surrounding houses are abandoned or demolished due to a tornado last year. Despite my concerns the owner showed no care for the condition and is now retaliating by withholding funds due to me leaving. Please be advised and thoroughly research the unit and area before renting.

Great experience

Property owner was great! Checked on me frequently through text messages. It has free parking in the back that has a 6 foot privacy fence around the property. I had no issues at all!

wonderful home away from home

Louis house is truly a blessing. i needed a place to stay last min and he and his maintenance crew came thru. I got in late around 11pm and his maintenance crew met me there and got me settled in. House was very nice and clean this is my first time in a mansion. I love all the amenities, private parking my own fridge and private accomidations. Next time i have a contract in St. Louis i will be staying here if its available. Would highly recommend staying here.

spectacular property

Hi i stayed her for 3 months from August to November 2024 and i must say very beautiful felt right at home. clean surroundings for a home built in 1890 (maintenance gave me a tour and history). I would highly recommend staying here they treat you like family.

Nasty and not the best area

Dirty, nasty, was not cleaned when I arrived. Had poop stains on toilet used bar soap on bathroom sink with hair all over it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I have pictures if anyone wants to see

Great place to stay

Since day one management was very accommodating and try to solve problems as soon as possible. The house is quiet and makes it perfect for night workers. Place is spacious and well kept. Had a great experience staying here. Highly recommended.
