Wonderful location and great landlord

My husband and I absolutely loved our time here! Dan, the owner, was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was clean and safe and tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Perfect

Dan's awesome and his rental was great! Nice location and very well kept, had everything there to get settled quickly. Dan is very friendly and easy to communicate with, I hardly had any problems with the place but whenever I did Dan was very quick to reply and offer a solution. I stayed for 10 months and really felt comfortable and at home.

Great apartment, great location, great host!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 months while we looked for a permanent home - it was exactly what we needed during that time. The apartment was clean, in great shape and had all the essentials we needed. Its on a quiet street in a great neighborhood, in a very central location. D was always responsive, and his flexibility as we searched for a new home was so helpful. I cant recommend this place enough for anyone needing a short term stay in St. Louis!

Perfect Apartment for Travel RN!

This is a great apartment, in a great neighborhood with wonderful parking and easy access to anything you need! Its situated off I64 which brings you straight to the medical district but also can take you to just about any surrounding suburb you may want to explore. This apartment was clean well kept and the perfect size for a solo traveler/couple. D is an extremely attentive and responsive owner of this apartment and his other properties. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in a St Louis!

This propertys location, proximity to area hospitals, restaurants, shops, and downtown St. Louis activities make it a great choice for anyone working in the area. D was so helpful and very responsive. My stay during my assignment was very comfortable. I highly recommend it..

I have been a Travel RN for 7 years and am indeed particular about the place I call home while on assignment. D's place is amazing! Very clean in every space! If you have high standards, this is the best apartment for you as a business professional. D has it decorated so beautifully - even down to all the kitchen items, cookware, towels, silverware and toaster lol! It hasGoogle climate control & very modern up to date in the bath, bedroom and basement (where you have your own full-size W/D). I will save the best things for last guys: VERY QUIET, GREAT parking right in front of the place, SAFE & EXTREMELY CONVENIENT neighborhood close to EVERYTHING & FAST access to I 64! So, if you are working at BJC or St Louis Children's, it is only 10-12 minutes from this apartment! D is professional and extremely thoughtful as a host/property owner! I would DEFINITELY stay again D! Thanks again for your kindness extended during my time working at St. louis Children's Hospital.

The perfect rental

I loved staying here. Its decorated so beautifully, and the location is perfect. There are ample amenities in the apartment; I hardly needed anything from home. D was super responsive and very helpful during my stay! I wish I could have a place like this in every city I visit.
