I loved this tiny house!

This tiny house is perfect! It's adorable and there's plenty of room and storage. The area is very walkable and is only about a 10 minute walk to Renown! If I end up in Reno again, I would absolutely rent from Timothy again.

Home Away From Home

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location while taking a travel contract at Renown. It was walking distance to the hospital, also walking distance to Midtown and Downtown. Although it is a "tiny home" it felt anything but tiny. It was more than enough space for the two of us. The tiny 10 community is so welcoming they do little neighborhood events and are so friendly. The garage space was great to have but we also had no problem finding street parking that felt more than safe. Tim is so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have. Great spot with a great landlord!

Just like home

I am a traveling nurse and stayed at this property for a year while on assignment at Renown. This place was truly an ideal place to stay- private fenced in yard for our dog, quiet area, walking distance to the hospital. I felt extremely safe and at home here. The neighbors are all extremely nice and quiet and unproblematic. I was actually really sad to leave. Whoever gets to rent this place next, Im jealous!! Landlord was responsive and helpful via text.
