Fabulous unit and location

Beautiful top floor unit, well kept and stocked with all you need. Short walk to Beautiful Lake Harriet and landlord was awesome!

Great place for a long stay!

This condo was great for an extended stay! I was here for 3 months for a fieldwork placement and it was perfect for that length of time. It was very cleaned and well taken care of and felt like a mini home away from home. It was also stocked with whatever kitchenware and cleaning supplies you can think of, which really helped in the packing process. M is also very responsive to tenants and was easy to communicate with one day when I was unable to get into the apartment. Overall, highly recommend!

Best Location

I really enjoyed my stay for my travel assignment from October to May. This place is in the absolute best location in the Twin Cities. My dog and I especially loved being so close to Lake Harriet. The location was quiet and everyone in the building was very friendly. The owner was also great and very responsive. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay again!
