Cozy home with a great roommate

It was a great pleasure to spend 2 months with K. Thanks K! Her home is really comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Which is perfect for a person who loves cooking like me. You will have everything you need. When I needed an iron and reading lamp, K disappeared for 15 minutes and came back with them. She was always asking if I needed anything. She even took me with her sometimes to see around and go hiking with her family. House is right next to walking trails, great for morning walks. I didn't have a car, so location was really important for me. I completed a rotation at Mayo Clinic. Even if the distance looks close on the map, it's not walkable because there's no curbside on the road reaching to Mayo. I had to take Uber or Lyft. However I can tell that Karen's house is at the best location. Lyft prices were around 8 dollars during day time. House is really close (2 km walk) to a shopping center where you can shop for groceries, clothes, cosmetics etc.
