Stayed here for 12 weeks during the summer for an internship and was absolutely amazing. Brad is awesome and the living situation was great. Highly recommend for anyone considering. Very considerate, everything I needed was provided.

Awesome Home and Roommate!

My golden retriever and I have been staying with B for the last 3 months and I cant say enough about how welcoming and accommodating he has been since we arrived. The home is clean and cozy and is in close proximity to the outpatient clinic I work at, as well as to everything that highlands ranch and the rest front range of Colorado has to offer. On top of that B is an excellent roommate and person and you can as much privacy as you like at any time. I would most certainly recommend this home as being at top of the list and one that you should definitely consider staying at to make the most out of your time in the Denver area! Thank you B!

Perfect Highlands Ranch Location!

I was lucky enough to call this spot 'home' for 6 months while working at UCHealth-HRH! From the beginning B made me feel welcome and it was a very restful environment to come back to after a shift in the ER. B is an amazing housemate-very considerate, friendly, laid back and communication was always easy. The house itself is great! I felt comfortable in all the shared spaces and really appreciated getting to use any kitchen appliances I needed. B has installed an extra door to block off the bathroom/bedroom so it gives mores of a 'private living quarters' feel to your area. Being able to park in a garage was a huge benefit too especially being there during the winter (and B always made sure to have the driveway shoveled which was so kind!) I also really enjoyed the trail system that starts at the end of the road-it was a super accessible way to take advantage of the outdoors and get great mountain views! Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in HR-Thanks B!

Great Home and Roommate

My dog Cooper and I had the pleasure of renting from B for the last 7 months and we couldn't have been happier. B is a great roommate- he's friendly, respectful of space and private time, and he treated Cooper like he was his own! When I had to stay late at work he would make sure Cooper was fed and walked and B even bought him some yummy treats to spoil him with. The house is great, my bedroom and bathroom had it's own door that could close my area off if I wanted too. The kitchen and living rooms are shared spaces but I easily felt like I was at home in them. I had my own cabinets in the kitchen for my food and dishes but B has everything you need (don't worry I left my coffee pot for y'all to use :)) The laundry area is great, there's a small storage room and garage parking. The back yard is perfect for hanging out by yourself or with your pup. Overall we loved our time in Highlands Ranch and will surely have a hard time finding another great place to live! Thanks B!
