Amazing Hosts

Morteza and Mandana were amazing hosts. Made me feel welcomed from the very first day and were prompt and caring with any questions and needs. The neighborhood is the best of being in San Diego while also having the privacy and comfort that comes with the suburbs. The deck is amazing facing west with nightly sunsets that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home! Cannot say enough good things about this unit and the owners!

perfect for a single traveler

This place was a great find; Morteza and his wife are very sweet. I worked day shift at Rs and it never took me longer than 15 minutes to get to work. I never felt unsafe at the house or around the neighborhood. Easy parking and close enough to hillcrest neighborhood to walk so I never had to struggle to find parking. I highly recommend renting this place!

Amazing apartment, generous and kind owners

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about this apartment was comfortable and thoughtful. I spent a lot of time enjoying the huge private porch with that amazing view, I miss it! The hosts were extremely kind people and went above and beyond--any small issues I had with the apartment were fixed quickly. They were very easy to communicate with, and they live upstairs--I enjoyed getting to know them, and they also allowed me to enjoy my quiet and privacy. The neighborhood is wonderful...walking distance to Hillcrest restaurants, as well as canyon walking trails, and an easy commute to downtown. I'll certainly book this place again when I'm in San Diego.
