Lovely one bedroom basement unit with private entrance. Convenient location, quiet, desirable neighborhood.

Great Location for PPMC!

This was the perfect location for working at PPMC. I walked to work most days. It's also only a few blocks from everything else; movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, fun shops, bars, pubs, and even a video arcade. And you're just a block or two from stops for some of the major bus lines, and can be downtown or other area attractions in no time. The apartment itself is spacious with tons of closet space and storage. Very nice space. Quite for the most part (I worked mostly nights and had no problem sleeping during the day). The owner is very nice, considerate, and helpful. Great with communication and making sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend staying here!
