Peaceful, Fully Equipped Studio with Exceptional Hospitality
Located within a secure, gated property, this studio offers a safe and peaceful environment. I was very satisfied with my stay. The unit is fully equipped with A/C, heating, and all essential appliances. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The owner is highly responsive and shows great hospitality and care—he even provided me with a teapot as soon as he learned that I drink tea instead of coffee. There are maintenance staff next door who are available to assist with any issues 24/7.

wonderful place!
The studio is very clean, cozy, and well-designed for 1 person. The place is equipped with everything needed (including wifi and parking spot). Landlord is the bestsuper responsive and attentive. He set up the apartment with teas and fresh flowers on move-in day and even changed the mattress to a more comfortable one when it was brought up. Neighborhood is safe and surrounded by beautiful nature.

Cozy studio for one
Really satisfied with my stay, studio is complete with A/C, heater and appliances. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Owner is very responsive and there are caretakers nextdoor who help when there are issues. They also installed a blackout curtain to make the room dark for me since I worked night shifts.

Great sunny studio
Studio has full kitchen, bathroom, new appliances and comes with all the necessities including AC. The space is a bit small but worked perfectly for me. Landlord is very responsive and kind, there are people who live in the main house available immediately to fix any issues. Very safe neighbourhood and about 15 min drive to Marinhealth. Would highly recommend staying here!
