uptown cozy chic-furnished finder

What a gem! Moved to Phoenix for the winter, first time! Great place to spend the harsh Indiana winter. 565 sq. feet we thought might be to small but believe me it was just right !Two heating and cooling units made the place cozy all day and night. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly, everyone you meet says hello and we never saw one unfriendly dog! Parking I thought would be probably but no I had no concerns, I had the same spot for five months! Sharee' our host was great, available to all my questions and needs too! If we are fortuned enough to spend another winter in Phoenix we will do our best to stay here again!!

Cozy and close to everything!

I'm so glad I found this gem! It has most of what you'll need as a traveler. Big closet space, extensive bathroom, comfy bed. W/D in unit for the win! It also has an airfryer, double electric burner, keurig, and electric kettle. The pantry/storage/closet in the kitchen area is also spacious! The bed and pillows were comfy. There's an outdoor table and chairs for morning coffee - which you'll see and hear the birds singing! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The neighbors are nice. Street parking is always available (I parked in the same spot right in front of the unit almost everyday). This cozy home is close to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, downtown Phoenix, uptown farmer's market. Ms. S is the best host! She's very responsive and accommodating. She even has a gift for me when I arrived! I definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Awesome stay in a perfect location!

This property was absolutely perfect for my stay in Phoenix. I moved to the area for three months for a clinical rotation over the winter and it couldn't have been more perfect! S is a great host and was available for anything I needed and provided a list of fun recommendations for experiences/dining during my time in the valley. The uptown area is awesome and you are a super quick walk to great restaurants and bars and just a short drive to everything else. The bed was super comfortable, there are two roku TVs, everything was clean, in unit laundry, kitchen is fully stocked with everything I needed, and you have your own little private patio for morning coffee and fresh air. I would recommend this place to anyone and wish I could have stayed longer!!
