Charming and spacious duplex with original hardwood floors and all the essentials. The landlord is also incredibly kind and helpful.

The Perfect Stay.

The property was extremely well loved and taken care of, the moment my wife and I stepped in it felt like home! The landlord was one of the kindest people Ive ever met, all of the accommodations were everything we needed and could have hoped for. The landlord also is very considerate in leaving a how to guide for everything in the property. I can with full confidence say that my stay was 100% amazing.

What a wonderful home with the BEST neighbors!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay or landlords. This duplex feels so homey and has everything you need. Every time I think I need to go buy something, I open a cabinet and they have already thought of it. I'm a female traveling alone and always feel very safe with the security system, panic button, and nicest neighbors next to me. The pictures don't do it justice. This place is huge! It's an older charming home with hardwood creaky floors decorated beautifully. :) I cannot thank you enough for the warm welcome and for making my visit to Indy the best travel assignment yet!

Great Care

J was a great host! He always had time to answer messages, and got back with me quickly! When the big snowstorm came through they were there to help me shovel my driveway so I could get out to go to work! It was great experience, and I would definitely recommend!

Great property

This duplex had everything needed for a comfortable stay during my assignment. Close to grocery stores and a short drive to the downtown hospitals. J is a great landlord who makes you feel welcome and is available if you have any issues. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking in the greater Indy area!

Lovely Property

My favorite is that the house has all hardwood floors! The kitchen has all the essentials for me to make myself a nice meal and the refrigerator is huge! I am a person who enjoys comfort and this house surely provided that with a cozy living room, and an incredibly comfortable bed. I would certainly stay there again.
