Very Quiet Comfortable Apartment

Our recent stay in Isaiah’s apartment worked out very well for us. It was nice and quiet at night and the room darkening curtains helped us sleep well. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are plenty of high quality glasses and dishes. The parking space was extremely convenient. We had easy communication with Isaiah. Our experience was very positive so we hope to stay there on our future visits to San Diego.

6 month stay

Just wanted to give a shout out to show my appreciation. This condo was a great place to stay! It had an in unit washer and free dryer on the premises (my roommate and I just air dried our clothes) All the appliances were state of the art and the condo looks just like the pictures. I know the refrigerator and a few other appliances were also just replaced. I was very trustworthy and respected our privacy. He responded to our needs as soon as he could. Its in a great location too. Its about a 15 min walk to North Park and right around the corner is Livewire which is an awesome dive bar and a local brewery with AMAZING food (highly recommend their French fries) The apartment is also about a fifteen minute drive from everything (downtown, the beach, etc) The beds were very comfy and the apartment has state of the art google home/RING so you can control the temperature easily and monitor visitors. We always felt safe. It is a quiet housing complex though so you do need to be respectful of quiet hours ending around 10 pm (usually if you close the windows youll be fine). Parking can be quite difficult in that neighborhood so the designated parking spot is great for one vehicle.
