exceeded my expectations
First, land lord E is amazing and extremely accommodating! I drove from Houston TX to Seattle WA. When I got there she was very welcoming and even drove with me to the hospital so that I knew my route. The apartment was perfect for one person. It was clean and had everything that I needed and more. It was about 15 minutes from Seattle Childrens Hospital on a night shift schedule. There was no noise issues day or night. The laundry room is shared but very clean and well kept. You def need some quarters. The bed was comfortable and I very much enjoyed my stay. The only downfall is that parking is very tight! I have a atlas Volkswagen and was still able to park. FYI. Besides that, I highly recommend this place. If I ever come back to work in Seattle, I will look forward to staying here again.

Amazing Place!
Ive been traveling for work for a year and a half, and this was hands-down the best stay so far. E was an amazing host who was super responsive to every question or concern I had, and made sure that my entire stay was smooth and perfect. The place was immaculateeverything was so clean and I had everything I needed. I wish every host and stay were this way!

Updated and cozy unit
This unit was perfect for a single traveler. As a female traveler safety was my first priority. There was absolutely no problems during my stay. Everyone in the building is a young professional and respect each others property. The apartment is fully furnished with whatever you need. If you are in need of something Erica is very responsive and answers questions you may have. She gave me recommendations for the local eateries and I enjoyed them all. The unit has updated finishes and an overall comfy and cozy feel after a long day. The unit is close to I-5 and the new Northgate light rail, very easy access to the city and also the neighboring areas. Grocery stores and shopping is less than ten minutes away. It is also less than 5 minutes away from UW Northwest. My contract was at Swedish Edmonds and it would take me about 15-20 minutes to get to work in the morning. Overall would definitely return and stay again if my assignment is in the nearby area.
