Lovely Studio Apartment

Cozy studio apartment with all the basics. Stayed for 10 weeks for a summer internship. Located in a cute development. Short commute to Uptown, walking distance to Camp North End and Heist Brewery, and a short drive to NoDa. Landlord is great - nice guy who is responsive when you need him but otherwise unobtrusive.

Great studio with lots of natural light. Awesome location close to uptown Charlotte. The Landlord is very professional and quick to respond. Would definitely rent again !

Nice studio with everything a traveling healthcare worker will need

Nice small studio apartment in a nice neighborhood in the vicinity of a brewery, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Seperate entrance into the apartment and a landlord that is nice and will respect your privacy. The only time there was an issue with anything in the apartment, the landlord had someone over to address it the next day. Full kitchen w/washer and dryer will give you everything you need. Easy 12 minute drive to Atrium main campus. Served my purposes well, would reccomend and rent again

Great Latin

This studio is in a great neighborhood and close to uptown and hospitals. The studio is all new and has everything you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Great landlord that is willing to work with you and is very easy going to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

I stayed here as a travel nurse for 6 months, this studio apartment/cottage is perfect for all the surrounding hospitals, I was commuting to the Huntersville hospital and it took about 14 minutes. Close to great food, grocery stores and easy access to the highways. The apartment is spotless, in new condition and has everything you need- full-size washer/dryer, hanging space for clothes, full bathroom, kitchen with all the appliances, TV/cable, private entrance. Communication with the landlord was easy, he was always available and very pleasant. I would stay here again, highly recommend it!
