Lovely Stay

M was very accommodating and kind! On my second to last night the A/C went out and no one was available to fix it that late so she came over and fixed it herself so I wouldnt have to sleep uncomfortably in the heat! The apartment was a little outdated but nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was VERY comfortable and the bedroom got nice, dark & quiet. All amenities/appliances worked well. It was conveniently located to Siesta Key (8 min drive to the beach) and necessities, only 15 mins from downtown! I would say the only downside to this apartment was not having in unit washer/dryer. The Publix across the street will give you quarters without giving you a hard time. 10/10, thank you M!

Amazing!

This condo is perfect for anyone who wants a safe, cute, quite, cozy, place to stay during a contract. I work nights and was afraid of noise and light, but this place was everything I could have wanted. The condo is fully equipped with everything needed to be comfortable, and lessens the amount of items you have to travel with. It's barely a 7 minute drive to SMH, and there is plenty to do within walking distance. The condos are right next to a beautiful park where they have the best farmer's market every Wednesday. I loved going there when I wasn't working. Siesta key is also right around the corner, and nothing beats the sunsets over there. Along with this, the landlord was also VERY attentive to any issues that arose, and was quick to fix them. She genuinely cares about making sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend staying here. If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't get my contract extended, I would have definitely stayed!
