Excellent Location, Peaceful Setting

A lovely property located in a quiet and safe neighborhood within a 25 minute walk to downtown Napa and a major grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The location is super convenient to all things Napa offers. The casita is tastefully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The home is on the owner's property but feels extremely private. The small table and chairs outside were perfect for enjoying evening dinners. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Water pressure in the shower was fabulous and access to the on-site laundry facilities was a time saver. The owner is a perfect host. Five stars all around.

Perfect retreat

Almost hate to let the secret out of the bag. This is the perfect place to stay when you want to have a great Napa get away. C is an excellent host who is engaging and available while not being intrusive. They introduced me to the neighbors who are also wonderful fun to be around. The neighborhood is safe and easy and people are very nice when you are walking by. You can walk to all things downtown Napa easily - shops, farmers market, happy hour, urban tastings, evening entertainment- and have just short drives (or car share rides) to the best wineries around. When you return the place is quiet, well laid out, beautifully decorated and ideal for one or two people to enjoy your stay. Inside and out the Casita is the perfect get away retreat.

Incredible stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at C's place. The place is thoughtfully and artfully decorated and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The casita has a lot of natural light and a nice outdoor area for reading/ relaxing. I was initially nervous about living in Napa on my own as a young woman but C went out of her way to make me feel welcome. From introducing me to neighbors, to bringing over fresh fruits and vegetables, I couldnt have asked for a better start to my summer in Napa and Im incredibly grateful to her for such a pleasant stay!

Casita Perfecta

The Casita is a lovely space for 1-2 persons in the heart of Napa. Location is ideal, close to hospital and downtown, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner, C is a gem! She is personable and helpful but very respectful of your privacy. The center courtyard between the main house and the casita is still a work in progress but is a comfortable outdoor space. The house is stocked with everything that you will need and more. The shower is nice with on demand hot water and the queen bed in the loft is comfortable. The living space is small and furniture is limited so don't expect to lounge around watching TV but there are plenty of other things to enjoy.

I can't speak highly enough of this enchanting casita

After staying here for two months, I can't speak highly enough of this property. It was cozy, comfortable and frankly I didn't want to leave. The casita was quiet, private, and easily accessible - exactly like the description - and felt like home. A lot of thought and effort has been put into the renovations; it was fully furnished with new furniture/utensils that suited the cozy rustic decor - and had everything I needed, including strong wifi/cable TV. It's well located in Napa, great for walking around or driving and close to downtown or nearly every service you could need. Owner, C was amazing from the moment I arrived in town, very accomodating with every little detail; regularly checking in to see I was comfortable and was always there if I had a question or chat. I stayed here during outdoor/landscaping constructions, but I can definitely see it becoming a popular high-end accommodation property - I do hope to back one day, as far as I am concerned it's just perfect for me!
