Turn-Key, Fully-Furnished Luxury Condo on Ocean Blvd in Downtown Long Beach

This is one you don't want to pass up! The building is one of the iconic towers on Long Beach's Ocean Blvd., and it's surrounded by things to see and do within walking distance. The inside is where it gets truly special. High ceilings give the space an airy and upscale feel. All the furnishings are of high quality, tasteful, and most importantly comfortable! You can count on feeling relaxed while at home and adventurous as you explore all that Long Beach and Southern California have to offer. I give this property my strongest endorsement. Enjoy!

AWESOME place to stay

BOOK THIS PLACE! Its walking distance to everything in downtown Long Beach - pier, beach and all restaurants. You will never get bored! The room itself gave everything we needed as 2 travel RNs: comfortable bed, comfortable L couch w/pull out bed for guests. It was very quiet even being on the 1st floor and we never woke up to any loud noises which was essential because we worked night shift and slept during the day. This room was also conveniently located right next to the gym, elevator, and trash chute. Front desk concierge are very nice and friendly, no issues ever getting my packages. Amenities: We used the pool/hottub alot. Grill area was spacious for guests. Parking spot was big & having guest parking was clutch. The unit also had 2 beach chairs and a cooler backpack for day trips! Finally, the owner Bobby was the absolute best. He is extremely personable, is transparent & responds usually within 24-48 hours of any concerns. We enjoyed our time here & will miss it tremendously!
