Cozy Studio in Annapolis

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Tanya and Pat are incredibly kind, courteous, and thoughtful. I've been a renter for the past 17 years and this has been my best experience by far. The property had everything I needed and when it snowed, Pat even cleared the snow from my car and/or placed a tarp over my car at night and shoveled the driveway before I left super early in the morning. They would ask me frequently if I had everything I needed and if there was anything else they could do. Even though I was just renting, it felt like a home and they are to thank for that. I highly recommend this property and would rent from them again if the opportunity presented itself.

This studio apartment is so cute! It comes with everything you need for day to day living. The property owners are so sweet and very attentive! If I ever had a question, I was able to text them and I had a response within an hour. I felt very safe during my 3 month stay! The property owners have the sweetest dog who loves to say hi if she is outside. The apartment is conveniently located, only 5 minutes from shopping centers, grocery stores, and Anne Arundel Medical Center. I couldnt recommend this property more! (:

Great, secluded studio that has all the amenities that you would need! The owners, T and P, were incredibly accommodating and very responsive. I was on short-term military duty at the academy in downtown Annapolis (which was just a quick 5 minute drive down the road!) with an unpredictable timeline for how long I would need to stay in the apartment, so the owners flexibility was greatly appreciated; I ended up staying at the apartment for only a brief time (much briefer than I thought I would be), but the owners were completely understanding. Some additional bonuses with this apartment: down the street to the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail, has a great backyard and firepit (great for when having friends over), plenty of storage, lease can be on a month-to-month basis, reserved parking spot in the driveway with a separate, private door to the apartment, and the owners have a cute, friendly dog that's usually hanging out outside. Couldn't recommend this studio apartment enough!

This place is so cozy and has everything you need with full privacy. I truly felt comfortable staying here! The owners are wonderful and accommodating to any requests if needed. Would highly recommend.
