Amazing!

I stayed with the Beasley's for about 4 months when I was on assignment. Katherine was super accommodating & always made sure I had everything I needed! She always checked on me & asked if it was okay before she ever came into the space. The apartment is beautiful, large, and fully equipped with everything you need. Be mindful that there is no real stove & only a hot plate so cooking can be a bit of a task. I would absolutely stay here again if ever I'm in Atlanta again

I stayed in the apartment for six months. It has excellent proximity to great restaurants, grocery stores and extracurricular activities. The view out of all of the rear facing windows is nothing short of beautiful. Great neighborhood, large apartment, all amenities that you might need. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful basement and great people!

The Beasley basement, as we called it, is an amazing place! Lots of natural light, well furnished, and well laid out. The owners accommodated our every need and were good communicators and very easy to work with. We highly recommend it with no reservations!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at S and Ks place! It is such a beautiful, spacious, and private apartment. We loved having access to our own little back porch, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking/running. The apartment is super close to food and shopping and was only 10 minutes from the hospital I was on assignment with. S and K are the best landlords and would always check in on us to see if we needed anything! We were so sad to leave them when my assignment was up. We would 100% recommend staying here!

LOVE!!

Absolutely loved this apartment! K and S were amazing and so sweet! They are quick to respond to any questions and occasionally check in to make sure everything is good! Its located in a great neighborhood and close to downtown and other popular areas. I would 100% rent this apartment again if Im ever in the area!
