Charming West Asheville house!

We were new to Asheville when we moved into this adorable house, and have loved it so much that we ended up staying for 1.5 years! The house itself is cozy and charming and has everything you need to settle in quickly. We loved having a second bedroom to accommodate guests and a lovely kitchen to cook in with the best natural light in the house. The backyard has been incredible for our energetic black lab mix - there is tons of space for her to run and play, and the neighborhood kids come and play with her often. Speaking of neighbors, we LOVE the friendly vibes and ease of access: it's a 5-minute walk to Malvern Hills park, a ~20-minute walk to the Hominy Creek greenway, a ~20-minute walk to the West Asheville restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and a ~10-15-minute drive to get downtown. If you are looking for a friendly neighborhood, a kind and responsive landlord, and a cozy home in Asheville to call your own for a while, don't hesitate to book this place! We will miss it dearly!

Loved Staying Here

Wonderful neighborhood, nice neighbors, comfortable house, amazing back yard, and great landlord and property manager! Even though Monty lives in California, he handled things so quickly -- much quicker than a lot of local landlords would respond. It was a very easy stay. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Cute and Cozy Home!

I stayed at this home for about seven months and had such a lovely experience. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood was very safe. The house had everything I needed and was clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and helpful as well. Overall this sweet little home was truly a sanctuary for me during a very stressful time! I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Awesome space

Rented this home for around 9 months and just loved our time there! Very peaceful and private yet close to everything in and around Asheville. Great location for any travel nurses coming to the area - I worked at both Pardee and Mission Hospital while here. The house immediately felt like home with the bonus of a back porch that's perfect for relaxing and listening to nature as well as observing the beauty of it (deer in the large back yard and woods some days!). Also, the landlord is phenomenal, super accommodating and a kind individual who cares about his tenants and their needs. We're so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here and highly recommend this home!

The cutest cottage style house!

I absolutely loved this little house. It's in West Asheville, which is a super cute laid back neighborhood. It is close to what became our favorite restaurants and coffee on Haywood Rd and seemed to be no more than 15 minutes to almost everything. Less than 15 to the hospital (where I was working as a travel RN), the Biltmore, Bear Lake and Downtown. The owner grew up in this house, and along with lifelong friends, does a great job of maintaining the property, being accommodating and responsive. Of all the places I've stayed at while traveling, this one was by far my favorite and I was so sad to leave it.

Cozy home!

I love this rental! It was so cozy, clean and had everything I would need. The backyard is spacious and theres plenty of room for parking. M is so great and reached out to me out every step of the way. I initially worked at mission hospital and then moved to pardee hospital and stayed in the same home. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone working in the Asheville area!
