10/10 for sure! I cannot recommend this place enough!! It had all the amenities you would ever need. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and relaxing place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating, understanding, and kind. Highly suggest this place for any future travelers. Definitely would want to come back if I am ever in the area.

Amazing place to live

I had an amazing experience renting this apartment. The tenants had the unit immaculately clean and cozy with all of the conveniences I could ever imagine. The unit came with all of the necessary appliances and kitchenware which made moving in so convenient. It also has a nice size den with a desk that can be used as an office space. The space is very quiet and peaceful with a well manicured front yard. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, shopping and other conveniences. The tenants are so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

great place to stay!!!

This quiet spot is everything it says. Has all the amenities you need. If you are an early bird, you can catch the deers in the backyard in the morning. Off street parking. although it's a basement suite, it does not feel like it. the owners are quiet upstairs so there is not much foot noise. close to N Fulton Hospital. great places to eat nearby if you dont feel like cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. not many items you need to bring. bring your food and favorite spices! within an hours drive you are in a lot of gorgeous hiking and waterfalls in the Helen area, and if you like the concrete jungle, Atlanta is an hour away.. if I come back to the area for work, this will be the first place I look to see if its available!!!
