Wonderful Landlord and Location

Cute little apartment located in an amazing part of San Francisco. I couldn't of asked for a better area of the city given that San Francisco has many dirty, unsafe, and not very nice areas. The best part of this stay was the landlord though. Lee was absolutely amazing, accommodative, kind, and a pleasure to be around. Apartment is comfortable for one person, brand new fridge, nice washer/dryer, comfortable bed, easy access to walk for public transport. I cook and meal prep a lot so cooking at times was a little hard due to only having a microwave oven, and two electric burners. Parking is NOT included, you need to pay to park on the street and get a car pass. You won't regret staying here!

Cute apartment

The location in Noe Valley was great! It was 10 minutes from Dolores Park, 5 minutes from the J train and 12 minutes from Bart on 24th and Mission. So many great restaurants to choose from nearby. Whole Foods was just a 10 minute walk. The apartment was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer were so convenient, along with a private bathroom. L was so easy to talk or text with, and so accommodating. She also provided me with a parking pass.

Doesn't get any better

Truly..could not get any better for San Francisco. One of the nicest neighborhoods, near one of the best parks - for a great price. Always had parking right in front of the apartment or on the other side of the street - very easy access to the freeway if working out of the city, right up the street from a subway station. 24th street is a gem, the Mission is just down the street - this location is superb. Lee was extremely accommodating, always accessible, and will help you out with deliveries as need :) Leaving was tough - would absolutely stay again.
