I rented this property for 6 months at a time over 3 summers. I couldn’t have imagined having a better host! What started as a landlord/tennantship turned into a great friendship. Read the fine print, you’ll be sharing this home with the homeowner a few days a week. The home is superbly kept with all the best amenities (new washer dryer, NEW pool as of summer 2025, cold AC, cozy living room with a large TV, all utilities included from high speed wifi to trash collection to name some highlights.) The homeowner is beyond thoughtful to your needs and wants while renting. She’s thought of everything to make your stay seamless and home concerns the last of your worries. If something happens to need fixing she gets it done. The few days a week you may spend together in the house, your comfort is put first; from respecting your space and acting as if she’s the guest in her own home. Staying here felt like it was my own home and I’m very thankful for the friendship renting here built.
