Awesome stay!

The place was perfect! Its in a great location, walkable to bars and restaurants. The owners were great also, easy to deal with, respectful, quick to respond and considerate. Would definitely stay again if Im in the area!

Hudson is a Great flat , very tidy and comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need, aparat from that, it is beaulifully located - just nearby Lark street, where very nice cafes and restaurants are, walking distance from the park. G and M are two lovely and caring hosts. They provided me with all the information l needed and showed me around. . They went way beyond to make my time there wonderful! I'm sure, if I'm back in Albany I'd love to stay there again! a

The owner was very pleasant. He helped move a few things I needed. The place is lovely and Im looking to stay again. It was super clean. The place is beautifully furnished.

The location is great and thats all I can say positive Negative: The owners are terrible landlords G and his wife are two of the most unreasonable people I have ever met. They are rude, they make the easiest requests sound like youre asking for a kidney transplant. They tried to talk down to me I.e: G told me to stop playing w my money simply bc I told him I can be out of the apartment on the 26th (instead of the 28th) His wife told me I was bougie bc I asked for a coffee maker, pots & pans, and said its weird that they only have two towels that were not matching. During my first week there I saw a mouse in the apartment. I let them know and he told me he sprayed for mice (mice are either baited or trapped not sprayed for lol) a few weeks later I found a dead mouse in my closet. The pictures on the wall are portraits of the wife (someone has a high opinion of themselves) I had to ask for pots and pans (in an furnished apartment mind you) The furniture is horrendous! Its all the cheap ikea furniture, terribly uncomfortable and the legs on the bed would regularly come loose from normal sleeping. If you want a place to crash near bars in Albany for a night then its perfect but do yourself a favor. Dont stay here more than a night. I wish I would of known that before staying here.

Love the neighborhood and location, it was a safe and short walk to Albany Med :). Will recommend to anyone seeking comfort
