Wonderful year long stay
Can't say enough good things about Tracey and her husband. Extremely kind and responsive couple who live in the main house of the property. All (minor) requests were quickly attended to. They consistently checked in with me to ensure that I had everything I needed while still giving me my privacy. Studio was the perfect size, clean and well maintained. I have been a travel therapist for five years and stayed here for an entire year because I felt safe and comfortable here. It is close to freeways, TJ and a shopping center. Highly recommend!

Easy, great stay
I rented this studio from July-November 2024. Small quiet place. Had everything that I needed for my travel contract. Tracey is very accommodating but also let me have my privacy. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Best Unit in Escondido
Tracey and Ralph have been the best landlords weve ever encountered. This unit is large and the perfect size for one person or a couple. My boyfriend and I initially planned on only staying for my 3 month contract two years ago, my contracts kept getting extended and eventually we decided we love San Diego and wanted to make it our home. We stayed here for two years and we are only leaving because we found an unfurnished place we can make our own. This unit has absolutely everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer available on property, as well as backyard amenities like a bbq we used often, a beautiful gazebo space and gas fire pit. It has been the most peaceful place we have lived and we have loved every second of it! Its an easy drive to Palomar Hospital and the new Kaiser hospital as well. If youre looking for a place in North County, consider yourself lucky if this place is available!

PERFECT STAY!
This place was perfect. Quiet, quaint, and cozy. The owners are really intentional about maintaining a beautiful property. They are accessible and kind. 10/10 would recommend a stay here.
