Great place with great host

Highly recommend this property! The house was very clean and well-kept, with a nice little backyard that my boys absolutely loved. The location was super convenientjust about 20 minutes from downtown San Diego and easy to get anywhere. Jack was awesomefriendly, responsive, and respectful of our space. Overall, it was a great stay, and wed definitely come back again!

Outstanding

This property supersedes all the properties I have been on. Im a travel nurse and need to find a property accessible to all my needs. I love this particular one so much that I stayed for over a year. Also, not to mention, the landlord is amazing. He is super respectful, and the communication is on point. He wants to ensure that Im comfortable and that all concerns will be resolved promptly. I can go on and on with all the good things I can say about this place. I will recommend this to those who are looking for a beautiful place to stay. Hands down.

Wonderful Property!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The place was very clean, well furnished and in a great location. The grocery, gym and some other retail shopping were just a short drive, or even walk away. There is ample parking and the property has all the amenities you may need. We were traveling cross country and needed a space that felt like home! J was a great host and great at communicating. He was very respectful of our space and made sure to accommodate anything we might have needed during our stay. I highly recommend this space for any one looking to move to the area! Not to mention, this is an incredibly great deal! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Fantastic ADU with Fantastic host

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this Furnished Finder property! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome from J and his dog, Riley. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated - it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making it feel like a home away from home. Throughout my stay, J was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at ease. San Diego Home Review

I spent 3 months here in the summer of 2022 and it was the perfect home away from home. The area was safe, quiet, and well-lit. It was nice that this place was completely separate with its own entrance, plenty of street parking right by my entrance, and fully furnished. It had everything I could have needed! Smart TV was a nice touch and no issues with the internet or Wifi. This place is in such a great location, super close to several hiking and biking areas and there's a gym close by. The landlord was incredibly nice and helpful! He was quick to respond if I had any questions and made sure my stay was comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer! I would absolutely go back and stay at this place, it exceeded my expectations in all areas. 5/5 stars for sure!

Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend this property. Great location right off of the highway and affordable compared to most other places in the San Diego area. The house is very nice and in a safe area. J is also the best! He was also accommodating for us and was respectful of our space as well as trustworthy with the property and our packages. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

Everything and More!

Love this property! First of all, J is an amazing landlord, host, as well as friend. He is kind and always helpful. The place itself is fully stocked with everything you could need. J really provides more in his house compared to other places. The decoration, games provided, outdoor space, etc. really makes this place great to hosts guests. Location was key as it was in a safe neighborhood and close to the main road/ major highways. Ample parking available so that is no issue. A lot of options for grocery stores, places to eat, the gym; you name it. Many hospitals are nearby and easy to get to. This place really is a home away from home. I had a great experience and will be coming back to stay! If you're thinking about staying here, DO IT :)

Travel Nurse Friendly!

J is such a friendly host! This has honestly been one of the best housing rentals that I have stayed in. As a female travel nurse, I am always worried of where I will live in my next assignment. However, from the start J made it into such an easy transition. The place was brand new in such great condition! There is ample parking space, a washer & dryer, and most importantly AC!! It's also close to the interstate so you are easily 10-15 minutes away from everything. J was very attentive to all of my needs and concerns! If I ever travel back to San Diego I would stay here again! I even recommended him to my friend and she loved it so much she stayed there for her assignment as well! :)
