Great property! Highly recommend

Highly recommend this unit. Most important: SAFE! Very clean and very cozy. The unit was close to everything you may need, including grocery stores, banks, coffee, shops, gas stations, fast food, and restaurants. 210 freeway is 1 minute away. Comes FULLY furnished, from small things like tupperware, trash bags, and any kitchen appliance you can think of, to bedding, table, and recliner chairs. The landlord was so nice and responded instantly any time I had a question. Comes with a covered parking spot. Plenty of guest parking. Loved the community.

This must be the Place

One of the best rentals I have stayed at, I had a great experience at Condo 262! It was clean, cozy, very comfortable. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, grocery stores are nearby and close to the freeway. The unit had everything I could possibly need plus a designated covered parking spot. It was such a comfort coming home to after every shift. And most importantly, you get to have a wonderful landlord, one that really cares. I highly recommend this property!

Hidden Gem!

Move In: Staying at F and R's studio was a fantastic and easy experience! They also provided us a welcome basket and a beautifully cleaned space. Amenities: They had everything that one could need, even down to the coffee, spice rack, zip loc bags, and garbage bags. A full set of ice packs, Tupperware, pots pans etc. They did not have an air fryer, however we did have our own. Laundry: The communal laundry was easy to use (however it does get busy on Sundays, try to go during a weekday) by either app or quarters and the communal pool/hot tub was always clean and empty. Noise: All of our neighbors were very quiet and allowed me to sleep during the daytime. F and R provided effective black out curtains that made it easy for me to switch sleep schedules from day to night. Parking: The parking lot was safe, open and easy to use. Traffic: Drive to Kaiser Fontana was 30-40 min (weekday) or 25-30 min (weekend). WE WOULD 100% COME BACK :) -S & T

So comfy and cozy

Part of me wish I extended my stay because it was a home away from home. Everything I needed was there and after a long night shift, its nice knowing you have a quiet clean place to rest. Both R and F were great and made sure I had everything I could ask for in a landlord. Im saving this post in case I travel there again because I know with this property I will be safe and well rested. The area is cute and you have so many places around you to eat and gyms are close. Target is not even 5 min away either. One of the best properties Ive stayed at. :) Thank you again !!!! S

Don't Pass Up!!!!!

The apartment itself: Clean, adorable decor (even some nursing decorations which I loved), quiet, and safe! The kitchen is filled with literally anything you need. The bed is super comfortable and there is plenty of room even though it's a studio! I really enjoyed the large balcony and often hung out there. The laundry and pool access is just down the stairs. Covered, dedicated parking was great also! The area: Close to the freeway, Vons, Walgreens, and starbucks just down the street. Bigger shopping areas are very close as well! I didn't have to go far to get anything I needed. The mountains in the backdrop were a daily blessing to me. The landlords: the BEST part of renting this property were R and F. They were SO accomodating, flexible, and literally would drop everything if I needed them. I joked they were my California Mom and Dad! You will not just get amazing landlords, you will get incredible hosts, caretakers, and just amazing people!

This apartment was so clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything you could ever need available! F was a great host and was very quick to respond if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Studio

This studio is like new, great floor plan, and stylishly decorated. The complex is safe, quiet and close to many amenities with easy access to the 210 freeway. F is a great host! Will definitely be back my next time in town.
