We loved this place a lot. The kitchen was my favorite as I love to cook, so it had pots and pans, sharp knives, coffeemaker, utensils and some bakeware, and a wonderful sink. I loved the renovated feel. The location was awesome, two minutes to both Safeway and Costco, close to downtown and JBLM (which was my work, no traffic). Noise from 48th never woke us up and we slept with the window open. Lots of natural light, comfortable couch, smart TV, I actually felt sad leaving. Would recommend staying at green door.
A is a great landlord and was on top of it when problems occurred. The house is small but everything you need. The locked gate kept our cars secure and safe. The house is a convenient drive to downtown and most hospitals in the area.
