Absolutely Wonderful

I had such a wonderful stay here while working at UNM. S was a wonderful host and very helpful anytime I had questions. The unit itself was very nice, had everything I could need while staying there. The area is also close to everything and its a very safe neighborhood! I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to the area!

MEDICAL TRAVEL NURSES/SCRUB TECHS BEWARE!!

Just want to warn all travel nurses/scrub techs out there not to rent from S! She will try to rent out the unit right from under you. I rented this unit for 3 months and my wife has handled almost all communication for me with potential places to stay. My wife informed S multiple times during the application process and at signing the lease that there was a very strong possibility of renewing at the end of my first contract. If a place meets my needs, I do not want to be bothered moving needlessly. I tell her that my contract is being renewed and I need to renew lease & she actually tells me she already has a person who wants to move in WITHOUT CONSULTING ME FIRST! I was appalled at her unprofessionalism, lack of common sense & just plain rudeness especially since I was an excellent tenant and paid rent EARLY. My wife who was visiting had to scramble around to find a new place for me to live. There was even more nonsense but want hard working people to know STAY AWAY!
