Lovely, spacious house to stay at!

I've had an incredible experience at the Treehugger house and this went beyond my expectations of what I was getting. I spent my time at the Owl's Nest - a large bedroom with an expansive, completely renovated bathroom and walk in closet. This was the perfect place for me to be during my first few months move to Austin as I got to enjoy being so close to downtown (we're very close to SoCo). I don't cook very often, but when I did I was able to use the entire full kitchen (its easy to share space because the house is so big and others will probably be off doing things). Overall, this was a good decision to pick Treehugger house - and even made some friends along the way moving into this city. Thankful for Kaan for allowing me to stay here.

Austin Loveliness

I enjoyed my one month in this cooal house. The owner has a to-die-for kitchen, quality cookware, not odds and ends. She is a creative artist and her style is apparent throughout. She has a high level of concern for the maximum comfort and privacy of her guests. Afternoons in rocking chairs on the porch in the shade of massive Live Oak trees. The three tenant spaces are separate and the shared space comfortable. My bedroom suite had a high-end mattress, luxury pillows and linens, a wonderful deep bath for soaking as well as a shower. Each suite has a large walk-in closet with A+ storage space. The A/C and fan was more than adequate. New hardwood floors were beautiful and added to the magical feeling. Outside areas are expertly landscaped and magically lit. The Travis Heights location provides cute coffee shops and lunch places walking distance on one side and a fabulous clean public pool a block away. I truly wanted to stay longer.

Review of Treehugger stay

I have loved my experience living here. The oak trees on the property are astounding, and one of my favorite things to do is enjoy them from the beautiful porch with a cup of coffee. The room is private, well-decorated, and has ample space. The many windows provide total natural light and unobstructed views of the heritage oaks. Aralyn was a joy to live with; she curates a welcoming and uplifting environment while valuing tenant privacy. I also met many interesting and wonderful people in the Austin community because of Aralyn. I will always remember and be grateful for my time at the Treehugger house.

Truly such a special spot!

This furnished finder exceeded every expectation I had. I was looking for affordable housing on short-term notice, and this place delivered so much that I'm staying for nearly a year. The biggest benefits I would call out: I had so much private space in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Both are very spacious and have great amenities. The walk-in closet is wonderful, as well as having my own thermostat. Aside from not having my own kitchen up here, this felt like a top-notch studio space. The house is massive and very well-built. All of the communal furniture, appliances, and spaces are of the highest quality. The property itself is beautiful with tons of porch and garden space to enjoy the outdoors when it's not too hot, plus a ton of vegetation. The first time I saw the property, I felt like I was at a retreat center! The property is in a wonderful spot too. It's a stones throw from a beautiful park, neighborhood pool, and just a mile to the Town Lake trail. I biked just 10-15 minutes to my gym downtown every dayso easy! The property manager, Aralyn, was a joy to live with. She has a ton of cool stories and a wonderful community of friends who visit the house often. As long as you communicate with her, you'll have a great time! I truly could not recommend this place highly enough between the quality of the space, location, community, and very reasonable price, do not miss out!

Excellent Stay at the Owl's Nest

I had an excellent stay at the Owl's Nest. The room has wonderful amenities, especially the walk-in closet as well as the spacious shower. The property itself is a great place to experience a quieter side of Austin. The room's extensive windows bring in a lot of natural light and allow for an appreciation of the greenery outside. A was a wonderful host in every way. The proximity of the property to South Congress allows for easy access to restaurants and shops that would otherwise be more difficult to park at. The Owl's Nest was a perfect choice for my summer in Austin.

Treehugger House

Very lovely new build on a cool property. Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a large walk in closet. Tastefully decorated in the bedroom. Parking on property. Easy walking access to H.E.B. and South Congress. Pretty centrally located in the city and fast driving distance to a lot of the major hospitals. Landlord and one other tenant live in the house. Definitely does the job for a temporary space for traveling professionals or someone recently moving into the city.

Amazingbstay

This place is so much more that what I expected. As a couple we were worrying to live in a communiry. Hut we had our own private place, our beautiful double bedroom with spacious bathroom, view on trees and the garden. Its very private, tenants and A are very respectful, its clean and easy to live in. Do not be afraid of the 75 old house mother A, she has been a blessing in managing the house so we are all have our needs met.
