Plum room

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to other traveling professionals. The room was comfortable and private, with its own bathroom, and the home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood right on the lake. One of my favorite features was the beautiful deck overlooking the water, which made it a great place to relax after work. The location was also incredibly convenient, with an easy commute to UW Medical Center. Paul was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout my stay. The home was well-maintained, and the move-in and move-out process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, this was a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I would happily stay here again.

Lake City Furnished Room

I stayed at this property just after graduating from school and needing an affordable, furnished room to get on my feet. I work at UWMC and the commute from here was reasonable. The landlord, Paul, was so very kind and helpful during my stay here. Could not recommend this property enough!!! 10/10 experience.

Great place

This was a great room for my 9 months that I stayed in Seattle. I worked night shift 7p-7a and it was so quiet and peaceful dark room for us night shifters. Paul is an amazing landlord, Id definitely be keeping in contact to stay here again if a room is available. Strongly recommended!!

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect spot for me during my assignment in Seattle, I extended my contract so I ended up staying for 6 months! A really nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with walking trail along Lake Washington nearby. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this spot for anyone working in Seattle!

Nice quiet room in Seattle

P was a great host--very accommodating and gracious. The rent is a good deal for the area. Convenient location if you're working at Children's. The house is well maintained and has a lovely view. I would have stayed longer if I could have and I intend to return.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property feels like your home away from home. Stayed at the property > 6 months. It is definitely a gem in the PNW, and is highly recommended!! From the gorgeous lake view, to easy access to the walking trail and public transit. The property is spacious and clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The landlord is accommodating, attentive, and has a quick response time. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with the landlord and his family. I couldnt have asked for a better assignment in the PNW, nor living space. Both will be greatly missed!!! I would definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful Lakeside Property

This is an amazing property!! It has beautiful views of the lake and close to walking/biking Burke-Gilman Trail. It is situated in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has dedicated parking for tenants. It is close to bus line and link for public transportation. It is a room in a large house with other travel professionals. P the Landlord is very accommodating and truly helpful to everyone. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely stay again if my travels take me back to the Seattle area!
