Nice and private

I stayed for 6 ,months after extending my contract. Nice upstairs unit separate from the main home John was very nice and quick to respond to any needs or questions. Full mini apartment felt like renting out a whole place alone. Other roommates were all great too. They had a lot of amenities to offer.

Comfortable

I stayed at this house for two and a half months. It was quiet, comfortable and peaceful. John and his family are very respectful and keep out of our way. John communicates in a timely manner and meet our needs. If you are afraid of dogs, no worries, the dog is kept on the other side and does not come in contact with the tenants. I have only seen the dog once while looking through the window. Highly recommended.

Cozy home!

This was my first time renting a place/room where the home owners also occupied the home, and its going to be hard to top this type of stay! From the get go J and his wife were very welcoming! Ensuring that I had all the necessities of a comfortable stay! Nice sized rooms, private/semi private bathroom depending on the room that you occupy. Great living room area, and accesses to the laundry room and kitchenette. Great extra amenities such as access to the pool, home gym equipment, and a sauna. Located in a safe and beautiful smaller neighborhood. The home was well kept and quiet for any sleep schedule. J gave me privacy as if he were not even there but was almost always available to ask questions about local sites and places to visit or just to have a good conversation. I highly recommend J and his wife as hosts for your housing needs in the Greensboro area!

Great place to stay

Great quiet place easy to find and neat/clean. Nice dark room for night shift. Owner easy to talk to and live with.

Wonderful place to stay

I felt at home wonderful accommodations. the owners are super nice . they makes me feel welcome private entrance, a gym and pool. I would definitely stay there again if I have another assignment in the future.
