Wintering in Arizona
Good location in Scottsdale. Close to grocery stores, the park, the greenway with a bike path, Camelback Mountain, and Old Town/Downtown Scottsdale. Roommate 1 worked at Banner University. Roommate 2 worked at Mayo. Decent commutes. Neighbors were polite and respectful, however the condo above us was an Airbnb, so noise levels ranged from nonexistent to the opposite spectrum of very present. Condo was clean with good amenities. Landlord responded to messages within 2 days. Allowed us flexibility with start and end dates. Pricey during the winter, but convenient with good furnishings.
Great place!
Stayed here for 2 1/2 months. January to mid March. The condo is spacious and clean. Lots of room for 2 people and a dog, as that was us. The whole complex is quiet with friendly people. The beds are very, very comfortable. The master bathroom is very spacious with a large walk in closet. Loved it. Kitchen is well stocked with spices , dishes etc. Great location for walking paths and on the canal. Lovely neighborhood too. The landlord Tracey, was very responsive to any requests . I definitely recommend this place!
