Private studio- fully furnished with all utilities

This studio was perfect for my stay. It is tucked away in a private, quiet spot which was very peaceful. The owner is friendly, attentive and helpful. The studio had everything I needed, a full bath, kitchen with oven/stove, good sized refrigerator, TV, AC/heater, and washer/dryer. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this place.

Travel nurse here. I stayed in the private casita/studio attached to this property. Cannot speak on the house listed here but had a wonderful stay in my studio/space. Hannah was easy to get in touch with and handled minor issues that arose promptly. Close to hospitals. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Street parking with no issues. Washer and dryer available for use once a week. Perfect little space for me for three months.

Amazing, cozy and clean property. Just the right size for one person that is working all the time. Lots of daylight. Perfect location with a quick drive to anywhere that I wanted to go. Excellent host! I would definitely love to stay again if ever back in Albuquerque.
