Cozy and Stylish Upstairs 1 Bedroom Apartment with Amenities

Just what I needed

This apartment was perfect for me. King size bed, full fridge, quiet neighborhood and the landlords were easy to talk to. Located south OKC everything you need near by and everything else is a hop in the highway. I felt safe my entire stay, and would consider starting here again should I be back this way.

A Very cozy place to live

It was the coziest place! First off the Owners were what made this place so special. They immediately made me feel at home as soon as i moved in. On numerous occasions they would bring me over a plate of dinner or a container of fresh baked cookies as long as they knew i was home or not sleeping. The Apartment was very well cleaned prior to me moving in. All the appliances worked great. This is a hidden Gem!

I cant say enough nice things about the managers of this property. They made me feel comfortable from the minute I got there, and treated me like family. Whenever I needed anything, they responded immediately, or when necessary, were there immediately to fix the issue. I enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment and would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment on a quiet street

I stayed in the upstairs unit of this duplex. It's an older unit, but has been upgraded with stone countertops and vinyl flooring. They did a great job with the renovations. It's a great unit for anyone traveling. I worked at INTEGRIS on the Northwest Expressway, which was a 15-20 min drive. The area overall is not the best, but this street is quiet and the apartment is located directly across from a wooded area, so there is privacy and I never felt unsafe. Jer*** and Jes*** were very accommodating, and even helped store my cargo hitch for my car. Some of their family lives close to the unit and offered to help with anything I needed. These are genuinely good and nice people, which made my stay in Oklahoma City very nice. I would highly recommend this unit if you are traveling in the area!

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

A nice, quiet place. The apartment is located within walking and driving distance of major stores. Neighborhood is friendly and landlords are very kind and helpful.
