Great property!

My boyfriend and I recently rented this unit for our assignment in Washington, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is spacious, clean, bright, and has plenty of storage! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The futon was an added bonus when we had guests for a weekend during our stay. The area is nice, with a nice walking/running/biking trail less than a 5 minute drive away. We also enjoyed afternoon walks in the neighborhood and felt safe in the location our entire stay. There is a train nearby, but we honestly barely noticed it during our stay (its a bit louder if the windows are open, but it never bothered us). K is super friendly and very responsive whenever we had problems during our stay or needed anything. She supplied a second AC unit during the unprecedented summer heat, which we greatly appreciated! We would definitely recommend her unit if you are in the Tacoma/Puyallup area! :)

Perfect Rental!

This was the perfect property rental for my travel assignment and I was sad to leave! It was so cute and cozy and had everything I needed. There is a train that runs nearby as other reviews have mentioned and the property owner made sure I was aware prior to moving as well and she did provide a sound machine. It did not bother me much and by the end of my stay I was completely used to it. The property owner was very thoughtful and responsive to any questions I had during my stay. I have only positive things to say! I highly recommend this property as its a great home away from home!

Great stay!

This property had everything I needed! It is a spacious and lovely home. The kitchen had all the kitchenware for me to cook anything I wanted. It had great storage space for my own things too. The living room and den were clean and cozy. All the furniture and decorations were tasteful and pretty. The bedroom had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The remainder of the bedroom furniture had plenty of shelves to store and organize. There was a good sized closet to hang nice clothes in. The washer and dryer look brand new and functioned well. This property is in a convenient location as well. K was an excellent host! She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as I had recently moved to the state of Washington. She replied immediately to all my concerns. I had to move away for work purposes, but would've stayed here longer if I could! I would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect Stay for Assignment at Good Samaritan

We LOVED our stay here. The apartment is so comfortable, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen is very large with lots of pantry space, the bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet, and the WIFI is very reliable and fast. K was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. It was only a 4 minute drive to Good Samaritan which was very convenient. A grocery store, yoga studio, and anything else you might need is also within a 5 minute drive. The only thing to note is if you are a light sleeper, trains do run frequently 24hrs a day. It wasn't a problem for us but is worth noting. We would stay here again if we could!
