Burien Getaway

I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Seattle! David made things easy from the start by video chatting to address any questions/concerns prior to signing the lease, during my stay by checking in periodically, and after to ensure the checkout process went smoothly. The unit was clean, quiet, and in a very safe neighborhood! The blackout curtains in the room helped this night shifter out a lot. Seattle was only a 20 minute drive away and the unit is convenient to several hospitals! The upstairs neighbors are very sweet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose!

Amazing stay!

David is a great host! Very responsive, very responsible and he will make sure your concerns are addressed, he is just a text or call away! I would most definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area, I'm already thinking of going back soon! Also -if you're on night shift schedule then this place is a great find because the blackout curtains keep it pretty dark. It's also pretty quiet here and the neighborhood is very safe!

Great stay!

Nice place,well maintained. I had a wonderful stay! Super close to St. Anne's hospital. The host was amazing, friendly and super responsive. Any questions or issues I had were addressed promptly. D really wants his guest to enjoy their experience at Cozy Burien. I will surely stay here whenever I'm in the area.

Great place to stay and super close to St. Annes hospital! If you ever have the time stop by Washingtons famous Lorettas bar for the best burger youll ever have! Great host:)

spring stay

Lovely stay. Only about 20 minutes to downtown Seattle in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Each room has its own lock and key and are rather spacious. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place, Great hospitality!

Such a wonderful experience staying at Ds property. The place is quiet, safe, and convenient to airport access! D is thoughtful, great communicator, and a gracious host. He provided us with all the information needed and sent us recommendations. If I ran into any problems, D is there to address them. Would come back in the future or recommend anyone to stay with him.

Helpful Stepping Stone

Clean modern home, Fully furnished and equipped to cover all your needs. The host is very friendly and respectful of personal space. All guests I've meet during my stay were kind, respectful, and goal driven people. The price of the stay is also excellent for those in transitioning periods like myself. During my stay I was able to save some money to help cover other personal expenses while I continued with college, job searching, and apartment hunting. whether you're coming to Seatte for business or leisure, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!

D's home was really beautiful, especially on the inside. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. It established a sense of tranquility. The location was great, as well, being a short 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Seattle. D, as a landlord, was communicative and kept us in the know about when he or someone would be coming to the house to work on any repairs/check in. Would definitely recommend to any traveling professionals looking for a place very close to Seattle!

Everything you need

Home as advertised. Positive Pros: Attentive/Quick Responses from Host. David is thorough and considerate beyond comparison. I felt very comfortable and safe with his guidance and the measures in place as a solo female traveler. About the place Very spacious, Bed-Comfy (if you like pillows like me might need an extra one). Hot water last quite a while. Awesome overall arrangements for Studio Apt. tenants. The smoke alarm does work ;). Conditional Considerations: Shower: I am a little on the thicker side so the shower was a little small for my usually shower stretching so this is personal but I was able to get clean. Noise: If youre a light sleeper like me sometimes something heavy falls upstairs/random heavy foot steps nothing headphones or melatonin cant fix. Spiders: If youre not used to them, a spider might pop in to say Hi! Normal for WA. Trash: Theres only so much space so it will help if you actively compost and recycle. Normal for WA. I will definently stay here again.

Comfy Room for a Great Price

This property was the perfect spot for those of us who need short-term leases for work. The host was quick to respond to my request, and in a matter of a few days I was able to get my stay organized. Once I arrived, the room was as advertised in the pictures, the bed was comfy, and the house as a whole was kept very clean. As my stay continued, I found that the host gave me plenty of space, but was always very responsive by text whenever issues arose at the property. He is fairly handy, so he was able to resolve most problems very quickly. This property also has AC, which is a must-have for anyone visiting in the summer months. In addition, the host pays for landscaping and occasional curtesy cleans of common areas which keeps the property very clean. Overall, I had a terrific stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting for work and needs a comfortable and affordable spot to spend their nights.

Great stay

I stayed at this property for 9months during a travel contract and it was great. Everything I needed was provided in the home; it was a clean environment, and the landlord was great to work with. He was great with flexibility when it came down to renewing your contract at work, he gave me the opportunity to extend my stay before finding another tenant. The description matches the place; there is parking on the premises and everything is close by, only a 15min drive to downtown Seattle. The other tenants were easy to get along with and respected the space we shared. Everyone did their part and the shared space was maintained clean. If anything went wrong the landlord was quick to reply and resolved whatever the issue was immediately. If I ever come back to Seattle, I would definitely consider staying here again and I highly recommend staying here. It is perfect for any travel nurse and a very important part is that it has AC unlike a lot of other places in Seattle.

Comfy Stay and Accommodating Host

This was a very nice place to stay especially if you are looking for your own private space. The studio felt like an apartment! The host was extremely accommodating. Whenever I needed help with anything he was just one text away and was very responsive. Everything that you see is there on the property except the hangers, hair dryer, and the bath towel. Other than that there was so much kitchen gear that you do not need to buy a thing! A quick drive away from grocery stores, shopping centers, and more. Also just a 15 minute walk to the bus stop incase you don't have public transportation. The backyard was not as clean as expected but it was still nice and pretty big! The host was also kind enough to install an amazon fire stick so I could login to my netflix, HBO, and more!

Wonderful Stay and Easy Drive to Many Things

This place was great for what I needed in Seattle. It was 12-20min from the hospital I was working at and an easy drive into many areas in Seattle and Tukwila. The area is quiet and has several parks in a 5 min drive. Sea-Tac airport is also 10min away. D is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to make sure his tenants are safe and utilities are working properly. The studio was spacious with plenty of places for storage and organization. The kitchen was equipped for almost all of my cooking, and I rarely had to use my own things. The air fryer was incredibly useful for meal prep. The blinds also barely had light coming through when I needed to sleep in. If I get to work in Seattle again, I hope this place is available again.
