Beware of this apartment

When we moved in, there were cockroaches in the drawers and weeds growing in the walls. I had contacted the owner repeatedly regarding the gutters being broken, and everytime it rained it would flood outside our door. This issue was never resolved. I would not recommend staying at this apartment.

Ideal spot in Charleston

As a remote worker, I had never been to Charleston and was ready to see a new city. I stayed for several weeks and the Pink Flamingo was the ideal location just blocks off King Street. If you want to get to know the historic city, I can't think of a better place to stay. The unit was spacious and had a good mix of historic charm and updated features. Any maintenance issues were addressed immediately, I would love to visit again.
