Lived in this apartment for nearly 1.5 years. Omar is an exceptional landlord who will address any concerns or issues you may have in a timely manner. The apartment is well-kept with a modern fridge and standing shower. The long space feels almost ranch-like and is illuminated with natural light by several large windows along the far wall. Accessibility is great with a short walk to Aldi's, laundromat, restaurants, and bars. Parking on the block is never an issue and a huge plus when renting this space. UK village, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Chinatown, and downtown are all within 15-20 minutes drive. A+ apartment, A++ landlord. Would highly recommend.

The place was just as expected, and more! The host was very welcoming and was able to answer any questions/concerns, provide local recommendations and flexible in working with me. Thanks for being such a great host!

Wonderful place

The place is well furnished and modern! The owner makes sure everything is accessible, all the kitchen/bath/bedroom stuff was there. And he made sure the apartment was clean and fresh before I came. He was super kind and easy to talk to! Street parking is usually easy to find and the area itself is pretty quiet. Theres grocery store and coffee shop super close by. Would definitely recommend!

Well furnished easy parking location

Fist and foremost This place was great for my dog and its very hard to find location as affordable and nice as this place if you do have a furry friend. There is absolutely nothing cheaper yet safe in all of Chicago for this price I guarantee you that. Next up is B's himself and his unit. He was on top of making sure my housing was ready, clean, neat, and even smelling nice. I have had 3 contract in Chicago used air bnb, furnished finder, and hotel suites yet B has exceeded them all. He had all cleaning supplies in unit for me to be able to maintain this location. He also had all cooking utensils as well I never had an issue with anything I needed as this location was well packed with home goods. The wifi was extremely fast, the main tv was 4k, the neighbors and there dogs were all super friendly. The location is about 20-30 min from downtown. Aldi and grocery store just a block down. B lives upstairs and was always available. Security cameras are up and running 24/7
