Great Stay!
I had a lovely stay at this property, would definitely stay again! Very nicely decorated and had everything I needed. Landlord was very responsive and attentive. Really enjoy the back sitting area. Location was also lovely - close to Rino, Central Park, and downtime!
Spacious and comfy home base in Denver
Fabulous property to stay at during my 3 months spent in Denver. This duplex unit is very spacious and homey; perfect for 1-2 people to stay in. The space came with everything listed, completely furnished with anything you need during your stay. The wifi is fast, heat and ac work great, and the shower pressure is perfect. I especially love how big the kitchen is. The neighborhood is also great with plenty of street parking available. Not to mention how close it is to downtown/ RiNo! Thanks again R and M for being such gracious landlords!!
Updated and comfortable
This duplex is updated and nicely decorated. Gas range stove, smart TV, small backyard and single car garage. Close to RiNo, City Park and downtown. The landlords are SO great and responsive. The second bedroom I used for storage and occasional visitor. Very much a gem for housing in Denver!
