6 month stay review

I stayed here for 6 months. Overall, the place was in a fairly decent location, close to the hospitals, restaurants and entertainment. However, it was not my ideal place to stay due to cockroaches being found on multiple occasions. After reaching out to the landlord the first time, the apartment was treated within the week. However, later the landlord had either changed their number and did not update me or just did not respond. I had reached out to her on a few occasions about the roaches with no response and nothing being done about it. Lastly, the closet door was very poorly put on the hinge, which I thought I could fix but a screw fell out and I had no tools so the closet door came unhinged. The landlord would not give me my refundable deposit back due to this closet door being off the hinge. Overall, a very friendly landlord, but difficult to get ahold of!

Stay here!!

I stayed at this beautiful place for 8 months. It is about a 5-10min drive to SLCH & Barnes. It is clean, well kept, and in a safe neighborhood. You have the delmar loop just 5mins which has a lot of yummy restaurants. I will stay here every time I go to STL. C and her mother are so sweet! This place truly felt like home. I hope to go back someday!
