Serenity Stay

Peaceful, relaxing stay with all your needed items a the tip of your fingers. A fully equipped and friendly kitchen and bathroom. No need to run out for tissue, body-wash, paper towels or an egg skillet or coffee pot! Extra bath towels, laundry room with pods and fabric softener. Excellent cable services and a quiet study area. Professional and wise landlords. You absolutely cant ask for anything more than this property has ready for you, just show up with your professional attire!!!!

Home away from Home

Everything You Might Need

T and R are so considerate of their guests. Theyve truly thought of everything you might need and are so prompt to respond when you have any questions or needs. The house is quiet and secure off street parking is provided. They also have a lovely and peaceful backyard with a koi pond that is a wonderful place to relax after a long shift. If I ever come back to Spokane, I would stay here again.

I missed a couple reviews! Thank you and your stay was lengthy and pleasant!

Very nice location. The house has free WiFi, nice and safe car parking. Rooms are cleaned and bedding changed every other week and TV in each room . Very nice clean shared kitchen and living room with 75 inch TV. I love this place. The property is close to the highway, gas station, car wash and shopping center.

Look No Further!

"How about 6 Stars!!!" I was afraid of traveling so far from home and being alone in the city, but they opened their home and made me feel comfortable and welcome! Honestly, I couldn't have made a better choice! This has truly been a home away from home. They were very warm, friendly and accommodating. It was clear they put a lot of thought into providing a high quality personal touch to every aspect of your stay. Seriously, they've thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Each room has a regular sized refrigerator, personal heater that you can control, room darkening drapes, and so much more. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. They have plenty of parking with a motorized security fence. They provided quiet personal space I needed, and also personal assistance when I needed that as well. There are so many things that made this a great stay. They have truly been my family away from home! You will not be disappointed. Signed, G P

Excellent

I am staying at this property now. It is clean, private, yet communal. The landlords are friendly, willing to make any changes to make my stay comfortable. I asked for a fan, I got a fan. I said in passing that I was too hot, they got me a heater/ air conditioner unit added to my room. I am so happy that I found this house when I did, because i started September 15th and I didnt have a place until September 14th. The landlords are willing to do whatever needs doing to help professionals be comfortable.

We couldn't have asked for a better first roommate. We are communal living. Although we have been long term landlords, being fresh out the gate, we need someone easy going to help get started with. We developed a friendship and like the other tenants we keep in touch. C has a special way of warming your heart . She's a get it done gal and actually saved a couple lives at the correction center while she was here. We miss her!
