Great place !
We absolutely loved our stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment! The place was cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The yard was spacious enough for both of our fur babies(German Shepards) to have fun and enjoy the sunset . The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. A huge thank you to the owner, Isaac, for being so kind, responsive, and welcoming. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I recommend this place 1000% you wont be disappointed!
Wonderful home away from home
Wonderful location, spacious and roomy. Anything that was needed was made available very easily. The landlord and assistant L were great and responsive. The back yard for the dog was invaluable and the full size washer dryer made weekly laundry a breeze. Not to mention having amazing neighbors! A lot of dogs in backyards that bark and the right side neighbors pit-bull gets loose sometimes, but other than that its a walk-able neighborhood and my car was safe. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
Nice place
This is a very nice place. Laundry room in down stairs. Quiet place. It is more like a 1 bedroom apartment. Gas stove, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.
Would not recommend
I booked this apartment and was unable to live here related to a pest problem. The upper garage studio is beautiful but it is above a garage that seemed to be unused for an extended period of time. There were spiders everywhere in the apartment. The landlord was great with responding and calling pest control. However, a couple hours later into moving in, there was a cockroach that was walking right next to my pillow on the bed. I was willing to tolerate the spiders until pest control came but a cockroach problem is something I am not willing to deal with. I do not typically write reviews and feel terrible because the landlord did try to make it livable. However, as a travel nurse I would personally want to know what I'm getting into. Hopefully the problem is taken care of and no one ends up in the same situation.
